At Skibidi Toilet Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fan gear; if your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging with all Skibidi Toilet branded tags still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
